Our core offer for the past 4 years. and we love it!! We've told over 100 stories of courageous, powerful, and resilient humans, who have graced our studio with their light. Boudoir is a chance to celebrate you, your body, and your amazing soul. From the soft, intimate shots to ones that make you feel fierce and empowered, it's all about customizing your boudoir experience to one that you will hold dear to your heart, always.
You’re invited to see yourself through a lens of love with our new Photo Series "YO SOY" (I AM) You get to come to our studio just as you are. No new clothes. No pro hair/makeup. No posing. NO PHOTOSHOP. All images in BLACK + WHITE. 45 min of movement, expression, and joy. All you have to do is show up. My Canon and I will take care of the rest ;)

This is where it all begins! You fill out the form below, to express your interest in a photo session, whether it's for Boudoir or our new series "Yo Soy" (I AM). You will immediately get an email with more info about the experience and a booking link to lock in your date and time. Once you book, you will receive our get ready email with our exclusive "Get Ready PDF Guide" and a link to schedule a call with Layra Marz, to catch up and answer any additional questions you may have.
Once we've nailed down the details during the inquiry stage, it's time to dive into planning the logistics.We'll work together on wardrobe choices, styling, and any other preparations to ensure you feel confident and comfortable on the day of the session. Expect clear communication and guidance every step of the way to make sure everything is perfectly aligned with your vision.

Layra Marz uses beautiful private host studios in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and in other studios where inspiration strikes in the NYC Metro area.
01. WHERE WILL MY STUDIO SESSION TAKE PLACE?
To reserve a Layra Marz Boudoir shoot and secure your date, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required. Payments are accepted via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. The remaining 50% balance will be due at the time of your photo session.
02. WHAT IS THE PAYMENT POLICY?
To book your portrait shoot with us, please complete the contact form at the bottom of this page. We book 1-3 months out to give you time to plan out for your shoot. If you have a time constraint let us know in the form below as well or email us at hello@layramarz.com.
03. HOW DO I BOOK A BOUDOIR EXPERIENCE WITH LAYRA MARZ?
As soon as you book, you will receive a detailed client pdf prep guide to help get you ready before your session.
04. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR MY SHOOT?
We will chat about your vision for the shoot and plan out your outfits together for you to bring into the studio. I'm very minimalistic… less is more.Draping and sheer fabrics will be available at the studio for nude sets.
05. WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY STUDIO SHOOT?
In the spirit of embracing authenticity and self-expression, we warmly encourage you to attend your session exactly as you are, with your skin, hair, body hair, and makeup reflecting your true self and personal preferences for how you wish to be photographed. As advocates for celebrating individuality and rejecting the notion that transformation is necessary to be deemed photogenic, we respectfully do not offer hair and makeup services. Our aim is for you to feel wholly comfortable and empowered to showcase your genuine essence in every captured moment.
06. DO YOU OFFER HAIR AND MAKEUP SERVICES?
Expect to be at the studio for 2-3 hours. Between conversations, dance party breaks, outfit changes, and water breaks, we recommend clients block out the day for this experience to not feel rushed or anxious.
07. HOW LONG WILL MY STUDIO SHOOT LAST?
We will be doing same day reveals for both the Boudoir and our new "Yo Soy" (I Am) Series. You'll get to choose your favorite images, a print package and any additional prints or Wall Art. You will get your digital gallery that same day! Expect to receive your prints in 3-4 weeks.
08. WHEN + HOW WILL I SEE THE FINISHED IMAGES?
We keep the images as natural as we can, focusing mostly on enhancing the contrast, colors, cropping of images, and background cleanup. However we do remove temporary blemishes, scrapes, and bruises. Make sure to check out our gallery so you can get an idea of our photo style.
09. DO YOU PHOTOSHOP OR RETOUCH?
Layra Marz is partners with a fine art lab in Dolomites of Italy, and a fine art lab in Portugal.They use the best photographic papers, fine wall art material, and leather. Albums and wall art typically have a 3-4 week turnaround time. Express shipping upon request available.
10. WHERE WILL MY PRODUCTS BE PRINTED?
Absolutely not! Our sessions are designed for everyone, regardless of their modeling experience. I will guide you through poses and create a comfortable environment that brings out your natural confidence and charm.
11. Do i need modeling experience?
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We take great care to protect your images and personal information. We will always ask for your consent before using any of your images in our portfolio, and we offer secure options for image storage.
12. how do i ensure privacy and confidentiality?
Absolutely! You are more than welcome to bring one cherished friend with you to your Boudoir photo shoot. We kindly request that friends allow the shoot to flow organically without interruption, yet they are warmly encouraged to cheer you on from the sidelines, providing that wonderful support in celebrating your radiant spirit.
For our boudoir sessions, we kindly ask that romantic partners not be present during the shoot (unless we are doing a couples session... wink wink). This special time is all about you embracing your true essence, free from any subconscious adjustments to expressions, body language, etc. This way, you can truly shine as the captivating individual that you are.
